CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel volleyball team will continue road action on Oct. 29 facing Chattanooga at 6 p.m. and Oct. 30 against ETSU at 3 p.m. Only Saturday's match will be streamed.
The Bulldogs are currently 9-8 overall and have a 5-6 conference record.
Rewind
During the match against Wofford,
Sharlissa de Jesus recorded 25 kills, which matched the mark she had set against Idaho State earlier this season. That puts her at an overall 277 for the season and an average of 4.4 kills per set.
Belle Hogan handed out 50 assists, which established a new career high for the freshman..
Looking For Another
Chattanooga enters the match with a 6-17 overall record and 2-8 in conference. During the contest earlier this season, The Bulldogs swept the Mocs for the fifth time in the series. UTC's offense is led by Maia Rackel who has recorded 269 kills for the season and is averaging 3.06 per set. Libero Paige Gallentine has 435 digs, averaging 4.94 per set.
Scouting ETSU
The Bucs have an overall record of 9-12 and are 5-5 in conference play. ETSU is coming off a split weekend defeating Western Carolina, but falling to league-leading UNCG. Josannah Vazquez leads the offense with 232 kills and Taylor Roberts with 308 digs.
