The Game
The Citadel hits the road for the second time this spring as it travels to face Western Carolina on March 13. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.

Saturday Weather
The early forecast is calling for temperatures in the mid 60s with cloudy skies.

vs. Western Carolina
The Bulldogs and Catamounts are meeting for the 45th time with The Citadel holding a 26-17-1 advantage in the all-time series. The Bulldogs have won the last two meetings, and seven of the last nine dating back to 2011.

Last Game vs WCU
Last season, the Bulldogs raced out to a 28-3 lead in the second quarter on the way to a 35-17 victory. Clay Harris ran for 154 yards and quarterback Brandon Rainey accounted for all five touchdowns. Rainey completed only three passes in the game, but all three went for touchdowns.

Last Trip to Cullowhee
The Bulldogs overcame a 24-10 halftime deficit for a 38-24 victory. Clay Harris rushed for a pair of second-half scores and Raleigh Webb took a reverse 58 yards for a touchdown. Special teams also played a big role as The Citadel blocked two punt, one of which was returned for a touchdown.

One-Point Games vs. UTC
The Citadel and Chattanooga have played some tight games in recent years. Each of the last three meetings have been decided by just one point. The last two contests in Charleston have gone to overtime with the Mocs winning on a two-point conversion both times.

Storch Makes First Start
Freshman Nathan Storch made his first career start against Chattanooga. The B-Back carried 19 times for 50 yards.

On the Ground and In the Air
Quarterback Jaylan Adams has found the end zone on the ground and through the air in each of his first two career starts. Against Chattanooga, Adams ran for two scores and threw for another.

Second Half Adjustments
The Bulldogs have played much better football after the halftime break this spring. Through the first two games, The Citadel is outscoring their opponents 38-14 in the second half.

Up Next
The Bulldogs return home to take on ETSU on March 20. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. inside Johnson Hagood Stadium.
