- 24' - The Bulldogs got on the board in the first half as Megan McLaughlin was able to head the ball into the back of the net off a perfect pass from Sophie Saldivar.
- 67' - The Bulldogs doubled the advantage in the second half when Suzuka Yosue was awarded a penalty kick and beat the goalie to lower right corner.

- The Citadel opened the season with back-to-back victories. It is the first time the Bulldogs opened the season with two-straight wins since opening the 2018 season with three-straight victories.
