CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel had their biggest offensive output in over a decade as the Bulldogs had seven different goal scorers in a 9-0 victory over Presbyterian Friday afternoon at WLI Field.

How it Happened
- 12' – Suzuke Yosue scored her first of two goals as took a pass from Audrey Beck on the left side and beat the goalie and shot into the wide-open net.
- 17' – Jordyn Geller scored her first goal of the season as she took a feed from Sophie Saldivar in the box and used the left foot to boot the ball past the goalie.
- 27' – The combo of Yosue and Beck teamed up again as Beck played a long ball into the box that Yosue played off the bounce and flipped it over the head of the goalie.
- 42' – Maggie Melogy scored her first career goal as she took a shot from near the left sideline that arced over the head of the goalie and into the back of the net.
- 59' – Maria Contreras got into the act early in the second half as she took the pass from Yosue and rifled a shot to the upper left corner for her first of the season.
- 61' – Saldivar scored the first of her two goals as she beat the defender just outside the box and pushed the ball along the ground past the diving keeper.
- 67' – Just moments later, and from nearly the same spot, Saldivar ripped a shot into the left side of the net for her team-leading fifth goal of the season.
- 74' – Isabel Flores scored her first goal of the season after Beck played a ball into the box on a free kick, and Flores used her left foot to kick the ball out of the air and into the net.
- 78' – Megan McLaughlin scored her second goal of the season as she found the rebound off a corner kick and scored with the left foot.
Inside the Box Score
- The nine goals scored by the Bulldogs are the third most in program history. It was the most goals scored since a 14-goal outburst against Alabama State on Aug. 30, 2009.
- Suzuka Yosue and Sophie Saldivar each scored two goals and had an assist.
- It marked the first time the Bulldogs had a pair of players with multiple goals since Oct. 26, 2014 against Chattanooga. In that game, Vanessa Aponte had a hat trick, while Mady Riegel and Lea Raedle each scored two goals.
- The contest marked the second time in the last three games that Saldivar has scored a pair of goals.
- Senior Isabel Flores and freshman Maggie Melogy each scored their first career goals in the win.
- The Citadel outshot PC 32-6 in the game, including allowing only one shot in the second half.
- Audrey Beck assisted on three goals. She is the third player in program history to record three assists in a game, joining Shanna Couch (vs. Alabama State, 8/30/09) and Debbie White (vs. Delaware State, 11/1/02). The record for assists in a game is four, set by Lea Raedle against Chattanooga in 2014.
- Jess Newton was forced to only make two saves.
