Defensive Scoring
One of the key members of the Bulldog defense, Megan McLaughlin is also one of four players with multiple goals on the season. The graduate student tallied both of her goals off of set pieces. She scored the game-winner on a header against USC Upstate, then pounded in a rebound off a corner against Presbyterian.

The contest with UNCA will be the fifth all-time meeting with the other Bulldogs holding a 3-1 advantage in the series. The Citadel's lone victory came in the only matchup in Charleston, 2-0, in 2016.

Scouting UNCA
The Bulldogs are off to a 0-5-1 start to the season and are coming off a 1-1 draw against Indiana State on Sunday. UNCA has played three other SoCon opponents already this season, falling at Western Carolina (2-1) and Furman (2-0), and at home in double overtime to ETSU (2-1).

Series with Johnson
The meeting with Johnson will be the first meeting between the two schools on the pitch.
