CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel volleyball team will hit the road to face Mercer on Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. and Samford on Nov.5 at 8 p.m.

The Bulldogs head into the weekend with a 10-15 overall record and a 3-9 conference record. The Bulldogs dropped a three-set match against Wofford on Nov. 2
 
Kellerman Breaks All-Time Digs Record
Libero Kenzie Kellerman broke Rachel Sanders' all-time record of 1,450 career digs in the first set against Wofford. Kellerman registered 14 digs against the Terriers, adding to her career total of 1,463.
 
Scouting Mercer
The Mercer Bears have an 8-16 overall and a 4-8 conference record. Mercer split their conference play last weekend, losing to ETSU in three sets and defeating Chattanooga 3-0. Outside hitter Annie Karle leads the Bears with 319 overall kills and 146 kills in conference play. Libero Lexi Uhrhan leads the Bear's defense with 127 digs in the conference. In the most recent matchup, The Citadel defeated Mercer in straight sets.
 
Scouting Samford
The Samford Bulldogs are 13-11 and 8-4 in conference play. Samford lost both of their matches last weekend to Chattanooga and ETSU. Samford will face Furman on Nov. 4 before facing The Citadel. Kenya McQuirter leads Samford and the SoCon with 182 kills. Libero Kate Morgan leads the SoCon with 231 digs. Samford beat The Citadel 3-1 on Oct. 9 at McAlister Field House.
