CHARLESTON, S.C. – A delayed start due to storms and a second-half equalizer didn't dampen The Citadel's home opener Thursday against fellow Bulldog UNC Asheville.
Suzuka Yosue and
Makenzie DePriest-Kessler bookended the contest with goals, with DePriest-Kessler's score with 1:38 remaining giving the 2-1 edge to The Citadel for its first win of the season.
