The Citadel Volleyball team remains one of the two programs left that are undefeated in the country: The Citadel (22-0) and #1 Nebraska (19-0).
Five Set Thriller Against Chattanooga
The Citadel defeated the Chattanooga Mocs in a five-set match on Oct. 21. Middle blocker
Gina DeLancey posted a career-high 16 kills on a .609 attack percentage.
Scouting Mercer
The Mercer Bears are 12-9 overall and 8-2 conference record. Mercer is on a six-match winning streak with three straight 3-0 wins against Chattanooga, UNCG, and Wofford. Kylee Quigley leads the Bears with 246 kills, averaging 3.37 per set. Abbey Havrilla anchors the defense with 310 digs, which ranks fifth in the conference. The Citadel won a five-set victory over Mercer in their last match-up in McAlister Field House.
Scouting Western Carolina
The Catamounts are 6-15 overall and 3-7 in conference play. Western Carolina has dropped their previous two matches against Furman and ETSU. Ali Morris (227) and Bailey Hartsough (225) lead the team in kills. Morris also leads the team with 260 digs. The Bulldogs swept the Catamounts 3-0 in their previous match-up.
