The Citadel volleyball team is scheduled to finish the regular season on the road against Chattanooga on Nov. 14 at 6 pm, followed by a match at Samford on Nov. 15 at 6 pm (ET).
 
About the Bulldogs
Rachel Reininger leads the Bulldogs with 197 kills, averaging 3.28 per set. Gwen Berry is second on the team with 121 kills. Jordyn Sims led The Citadel in kills this past weekend against ETSU (12) and UNCG (9), bringing her season total to 112.
 
Mia Watson has led the Bulldogs in assists back-to-back matches, bringing her season total to 106. Lydia Larson leads The Citadel with 187 assists.
 
Jess Martin leads The Citadel with 229 digs, averaging 3.27 per set. Martin recorded a match-high 20 digs against the Spartans.
 
Scouting Chattanooga
The Mocs have an overall record of 14-12 and are 8-6 in the SoCon. They will face the Bulldogs on Nov. 14, followed by their season finale against Furman on Nov. 15. Chattanooga is 1-4 in their last five matches. Offensively, Chattanooga is led by Chard'e Vanzandt, who has 390 kills, and Sydney Jackwin, with 353 kills. On the defensive side, Kynli Kirkendoll leads with 101.0 blocks, including 32 solo blocks and 69 block assists.
 
Scouting Samford
Samford has an overall record of 11-14 and is 6-9 in conference play. Samford will host Mercer on Nov. 14 before facing The Citadel on Nov. 15. They are on a two-match winning streak with victories over Chattanooga and Western Carolina. Kaleigh Merrit leads Samford in kills with 360, and Ally Cordes is second on the team with 346.
 
Series History
Chattanooga leads the all-time series against The Citadel with a record of 33-10, and the Mocs defeated the Bulldogs in straight sets on Oct. 18. Samford leads the all-time series at 26-10, with Samford beating The Citadel 3-0 on Oct. 17.
