SENIOR (2014): Started in nine games over her 19 appearances…Scored one goal and accounted for one assist…Recorded 12 shots, five of which were on goal…Scored one game-winning goal.

JUNIOR (2013): Played in 16 games and started six times in her first season at The Citadel after enrolling in the school’s graduate program … took eight shots including four on goal … had a season-high three shots vs. Canisius.
 
PRIOR TO THE CITADEL: Attended Kingston University in London, England … member of the BUCS league 1B undefeated team and was chosen the school’s team of the year.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of St. Bernard’s High School … member of the Arsenal Ladies Centre of Excellence U-14 team that won the league title in 2006 … named to West Ham United Ladies first team in 2007 … competed with the Essex County team that captured the County Cup two consecutive years … played for the St. Bernard’s High School for Girls’ 2005 Coca-Cola National English School Cup team that won the championship.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Julia and David Amess … pursuing a master’s degree in health, exercise and sport science.
