FRESHMAN (2018): Started 17 of the Bulldogs’ 19 games, playing over 1,300 minutes for the season … Switched from the attacking third to the back row to give the Bulldogs depth on defense … Played every minute in six games, including all 104 in The Citadel’s 3-2, double-overtime win over ETSU (Oct. 21) at home … Recorded one assist on the year, at home against Bob Jones (Sept. 7) … Took two shots, both being on goal, for the year, including one at UNC Asheville (Sept. 2) and one at home against Hampton (Sept. 9) … Helped the defense record two shutouts on the year, including a 2-0 win at South Carolina State (Aug. 29) and a 4-0 win over Bob Jones at home.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Wake Forest High School, was a three-time all-conference, all-region and academic all-conference player … Helped guide her club team, NCFC '00 Classic Elite to the Region III crown … Was also a four-time letterwinner for the Wake Forest High swimming team … Was a member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, A-Honor Roll, Science Honor Society and French Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Paul and Kathy Dion … Father, Paul played hockey at Dartmouth … Mother, Kathy was a track athlete and cheerleader at Florida … Is enrolled in The Citadel’s Honors Program … Major is biology.
