DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – Coming off its sixth win and third home victory of the season last Tuesday over Voorhees, The Citadel basketball team turns to another road swing. The Bulldogs follow up a matchup at Bethune-Cookman on Wednesday with a trip to Campbell on Saturday.

Wednesday's game vs. Bethune-Cookman features a 7:30 p.m. tip off and the game will be broadcast on Sports Radio 1450 AM. Saturday's 2 p.m. contest against the Fighting Camels is set to stream online for free on the Big South Network.

In their last outing, the Bulldogs staved off a hot-shooting Voorhees team behind 19 second-half points from senior Derrick Henry. Junior Brian White also chipped in 18 points and a season-high nine rebounds in his best outing of the 2015-16 campaign thus far. White and Henry combined to make 21-of-25 free throws to help seal an 89-85 victory.

Head coach Duggar Baucom now has his team out to a 6-4 start in his first season at the helm. The Citadel did not reach the six-win plateau until Jan. 5 last season. Following this week's road trip, the Bulldogs wrap up nonconference play at Charlotte on Dec. 29.

NOTES
• Through 10 games, The Citadel has already racked up 936 points. With at least 22 games remaining, the Bulldogs are on pace to finish with 2,995 points, which would shatter the school record for points in a season by more than 700 points.
• The Citadel has never lost to the Bethune-Cookman and leads the all-time series 3-0. This will be the first ever meeting between the two schools at Bethune-Cookman's campus.
• The Citadel has not faced Campbell since Jan. 8, 1983, when the Bulldogs won 68-50. Campbell leads the all-time series 3-1. Two of the four games between the two schools went into overtime.
• Senior point guard P.J. Boutte is dishing out an eye-popping 6.6 assists per game, which leads the SoCon and ranks 14th among all Division I players.
• 56 percent of The Citadel's field-goal attempts have come from beyond the arc, which is the highest percentage shot by a D1 school in 20 years.
• The Citadel's frenetic pace, predicated on constant pressure defense and aggressive, attacking offense, is making its mark across the nation. The Bulldogs lead Division I in scoring offense with 93.6 points per game. The Citadel also ranks in the top 10 in the nation in steals per game, assists per game, three-pointers per game and total turnovers forced.
• Additionally, the Bulldogs sit atop the Southern Conference in several statistical categories, including points per game, total assists (203), assists per game (20.3), total steals (103), steals per game (10.3), turnover margin (+4.9), total field goals made (327) and three-pointers per game (12.8).
• The Citadel has won the turnover battle in eight of its first 10 games, forcing a league-high 19.8 turnovers per game.
• Almost three years removed from a brutal ACL tear, senior Derrick Henry is putting together his best season yet, averaging a team-high 17.7 points per game.
• When Henry has scored 18 points or more, the Bulldogs are 4-0.
• Eight different players are averaging more than six points per game for The Citadel.
• Four or more players have scored in double digits in the same game seven times already this season. The Dogs are 5-2 in those games.
• At least eight players have scored a point in nine of the Bulldogs' first 10 contests.
• Seven different Bulldogs (Matt Frierson, Warren Sledge, Derrick Henry, Quayson Williams, Brian White, Quinton Marshall and Zane Najdawi) have scored 18 points or more in a single game this season.
