Sophie Saldivar in a 5-0 shutout victory over Anderson University Sunday afternoon at WLI Field.

How it Happened
- 3' - The Bulldogs wasted little time in generating offense Leanne Bryant ripped a shot that deflected off the goalie and into the back of the net.
- 28' - The Bulldogs doubled the advantage when Maria Contreras set up Sophie Saldivar for her first of two goals on the day.
- 29' – Zoey Conrad extended the lead when she took a feed from Bryant down the left side and buried a shot past the keeper.
- 59' – The Citadel took advantage of a misplay from the Trojans for an own goal.
- 64' – Saldivar closed out the scoring with her second of the game on a nice feed from Suzuka Yosue.

- The Citadel improved to 3-0 on the season for the fourth time in program history. The Bulldogs also won their first three matches in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- The Bulldogs outshot the Trojans 22-5, including 12-1 in the second half.

- Sophie Saldivar recorded her first multi-goal game as a Bulldog. She scored a goal in each have to raise her team lead to three goals.

- Suzuka Yosue assisted on Saldivar's second goal of the game. The assist was the Yosue's 15th of her career, moving her into second place on the school's all-time assist list.
- Jess Newton was only forced to make one save in improving to 3-0 this season.
