Founder of the much-acclaimed The Citadel Brigadier Foundation Annual Kickoff Classic, Moseley ingrained himself in the fabric of Bulldogs Athletics for decades. A 1974 graduate as well as member of the sailing team, he notably began his contribution back to the school in 1993, taking over the reins as the TCBF President.
Bolstered by the experience of running the fundraising arm for The Citadel Athletics, Moseley opted to introduce the highly-effective TCBF Annual Kickoff Classic in 1998, launching one of the most impactful yearly campaigns still alive in Bulldogs tradition. As a 20-year chairman for the event, Moseley oversaw the raising of more than $1.5 million, helping create at least nine Brigadier Foundation scholarships for cadet-athletes currently at The Citadel.
