CHARLESTON, S.C. -  The Citadel basketball team returns to action at McAlister Field House on Saturday at 6:00 p.m when it hosts Bob Jones University for the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
 
The Bulldogs (1-2) are looking to extend their home court winning streak to four straight dating back to a pair of February victories against Samford and Georgia Southern.
 
The Citadel is led by the senior duo of Ashton Moore and P.J. Horgan who are averaging 18 and 12.3 points per game, respectively. Horgan has also provided Citadel head coach Chuck Driesell with a presence in the paint with a team-high 17 rebounds (six offensive).
 
Bob Jones (3-5) enters the contest on a three-game losing streak that dates back to a 74-64 loss on Nov. 15 to Kentucky Christian. The Bruins surrendered 107 points on Thursday night in a loss to USC Upstate.
 
The game will be streamed live on SoCon Digital Network and can also be heard on Fox Radio Sports 1450 with play-by-play announcer Ted Byrne making the call for the Bulldogs in place of Mike Legg who is on assignment at The Citadel-VMI football game.
