THE HISTORY WITH CAMPBELL

Campbell then went on another three-game winning streak from 2015-17 with the Bulldogs breaking the streak last season with an 82-76 win in Buies Creek.

LAST TIME AGAINST CAMPBELL
On a night when The Citadel basketball team struggled from 3-point range and lost the turnover battle, the Bulldogs managed to find a way to notch a seventh-straight victory. The Bulldogs defeated Campbell for the first time since 1983, and the first time ever in Buies Creek, by a score of 82-76 inside Gore Arena. Senior forward Zane Najdawi cracked the top 10 in program history in another statistical category, moving up to 10th in rebounds with 13 boards.

SCOUTING THE CAMELS
Campbell opened the season with a pair of wins, including a 75-74 road victory over Coastal Carolina on Nov. 5. The Camels followed that up with a 101-47 victory at home over Central Penn on Nov. 8 before falling in overtime at UNC Wilmington, 81-76. Through three games, Campbell is averaging 84.0 points per game compared to 67.3 by their opposition. The Camels have connected on 46.0% of their field goal attempts, including 37.0% from beyond the 3-point arc. Campbell's opponents have connected on 46.2% of their field goal attempts and 37.5% from long range.

CAMPBELL INDIVIDUALLY
Campbell came into the 2019-20 season looking to replace the top two scorers in the form of Chris Clemons and Andrew Eudy. Clemons averaged 30.1 points per game, while Eudy averaged 11.9 to go along with 6.8 rebounds per game and 47 blocks. Cory Gensler was the third leading scorer last season at 8.5 points per outing and this season he leads the squad with 13.0 points per game. Gensler leads the team with eight made 3-pointers and a trio of blocks. Cedric Henderson is second on the team with 10.0 points per game, while Ja'Cor Nelson and Jesus Carralero each add 9.7 points per contest.
