CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel women's soccer defense fended off the Samford attack for 78 minutes, but the visiting Bulldogs team was finally able to get one into the back of the net in the 79^th minute to hand The Citadel a 1-0 defeat.

How It Happened:

79' – A SAM cross from the left wing was sent into the center of the 6' and headed into the middle of the net by De Luca.
